COOKIE POLICY
What cookies we use (spoiler: no tracking ones).
Last updated: May 12, 2026
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. They can be used to remember preferences, track behavior, or serve ads. Our site uses a single technical entry and no tracking cookies.
What we use
- localStorage "codelix.lang" — strictly technical. Stores your chosen language (RO/EN) so we can reapply it on your next visit. It doesn't leave your browser and identifies nothing personal. Technically it's not an HTTP cookie, but a localStorage entry — we mention it for transparency.
What we don't use
- Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, or any other tracker.
- Marketing or remarketing cookies.
- Third-party social network cookies.
Because we don't use tracking cookies, we don't show a consent banner. If we introduce analytics or marketing tools in the future, we'll add a GDPR-compliant banner before activating them, and you'll have control over your consent.
How to disable
You can delete the "codelix.lang" entry from localStorage via your browser settings (DevTools → Application → Local Storage), or via "clear cache and site data" in your browser. On your next visit you'll start in RO.
